The health and safety of our guests is our top priority.

All villas have been disinfected and cleaned according to the new health and safety procedures issued by the World Health Organization for hotel operations. Our management and staff are here to provide you with the best possible service.

For those who value health above all, please note that our setting in Finikidia - Agios Pavlos of Rethymnon is a quite remote location, 30km from the nearest Health Centre in the area, Spili; as well as, in 58km distance there is the General Hospital of Rethymnon.

And, the well-acclaimed university hospital of Heraklion is reachable within a 140-minute drive (98 km), privileges that, if anything, ensure the title of a well-prepared holiday location if any medical need arises. As there are no nearby pharmacies or other facilities – besides a minimarket in Agios Pavlos and Kerame village – supermarkets, shops, banks, post office, pharmacy, police station can be reached in Spili (30km) or in Mires (45km).

Therefore, guests should carry all necessary supplies in case of special dietary needs or other personal provisions required throughout their stay.

The conditions created by COVID-19 are utterly unique and require all of us to be even more mindful and respectful of each other’s wellbeing.

In accordance with the latest guidance form the World Health Organization as well as the Greek health authorities, we have modified our operational procedures to ensure our collective wellbeing.

Surpassing the rudimentary guidelines by elevating the standards even higher, we have developed supplementary protocols for our hotels and are implementing increased awareness of our protection measures, so that our guests holiday continues to be a unique experience that inspires both confidence and ease.

GUESTS & ROOMS
Special signs in the entrance of the room confirming the in-depth cleaning and comprehensive disinfecting of the space, while guests also have the option of further disinfecting any parts of the room they wish themselves.
Provision of antiseptics and single-use masks.
Full information regarding our hygiene protocols are available via the tablets in each room.

RECEPTION (CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT)
Strict observation of social distancing based on clear sign posting.
Tablets available for check-in and check-out, placement of POS and passport scanners on the exterior of the reception desk partition.
Avoidance of handshakes, antiseptics and gloves available in all shared spaces.

STAFF
Mandatory certification of good health required from all staff members, and adherence to personal hygiene protocols.
Mandatory use of face masks by all staff members.

MANAGEMENT OF SUSPECTED CASES OF COVID-19
The hotel has an action plan to manage any possible or confirmed cases among guests or staff.
Hotel has a specialized doctor on call and collaborates with a medical centre and ambulance service for the testing, isolation and transportation of possible cases.
Room availability for immediate isolation of possible COVID-19 cases, for individuals and their fellow travellers.
