The guest may cancel their reservation up to 42 days (6 weeks) prior to arrival and receive a full refund of the deposit.
For cancellations made less than 42 days before arrival, the total amount of the reservation is non-refundable, and full payment is required upon confirmation.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refund will be provided.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@alteracavevillas.gr.
Special cases of force majeure will be considered upon request.
